How it hands over

ZIPs that arrive while it's still working.

Parts close at the size you choose, or every ten minutes when a site is slow, so something lands before the job ends. Stop any time and keep what's done. When a site throttles, Sieve waits, then resumes.

Video quality
Hide images smaller than

Filters out icons, logos and buttons. Hidden images are one tap away.

ZIP parts

Big batches arrive as several ZIPs: each part downloads as soon as it's full, or after 10 minutes when the site is slow, so stopping early still keeps what's done.

Pace

Files are fetched one at a time either way. Gentle adds a 2-second pause between files for sites that limit heavy use. When a site starts throttling, Sieve pauses on its own and resumes.

Cookies for sites that need a login

None saved.

Log in to the site on your PC, export with the "Get cookies.txt LOCALLY" extension, and paste or pick the file. Use a secondary account; heavy downloading can get an account limited.
